Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, we don't do refunds anymore due to the reason that some items aren't being returned prior to providing refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for any items in your order given that the item is still in stock, please contact us at G271store@gmail.com.

Exchanges 

We only do exchange. A 14 days time frame would be provided right after receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at g271store@gmail.com Sale items (if applicable).
